Operating watercraft under the influence is illegal and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Operators must be 18+. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Do not approach no-wake zones, swim areas, or private docks.
Report any damage or incident to staff immediately. Unreported damage may result in full repair costs.
Late returns will be charged at the hourly rate plus a $25 late fee.
Minnesota law requires all personal watercraft operators to complete an approved boater safety course or obtain a renter's permit before operating.
All riders must complete a liability waiver before operating any watercraft. Takes less than 2 minutes — sign it before your rental date.
